Referral Disclaimer

The Business Behind the Website

Finished Basement Pipe Burst Pros markets finished basement burst pipe cleanup and related water damage restoration across the USA, and it passes phone calls to independent restoration companies. It is an advertiser and referrer, not a contractor.

None of the extraction, drying, demolition, plumbing, repair or rebuild work is done by Finished Basement Pipe Burst Pros. The companies that accept referrals may pay for them.

Providers Work for Themselves

Every restoration company reached through (888) 532-8620 owns and runs its own business, sets its own pricing, methods and timing, and makes its own agreement with the customer. Finished Basement Pipe Burst Pros does not hire, manage or oversee them.

Contractor licensing and insurance rules vary by state, so ask any company for its credentials and written terms before agreeing to work.

Coverage Belongs to the Insurer

Whether a policy pays for a loss is decided only by the company that issued it. Nothing on the website promises coverage, approval of a claim or payment.
